The company's total land acquisition area is 166 mu, with a construction area of 110,699 square meters. The project approval and construction began in 2021, with a total investment of 320 million yuan. It has now been completed and put into operation in accordance with national petrochemical standards.

The parent company, Hubei Xiansheng Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2001. It is a high-tech private joint-stock enterprise composed of professors and experts.
